EZGO Installation Instructions

Remove existing seat back support structure, bag rack and unbolt factory rear roof supports.
During the installation process, leave all fastenings loose until the completed assembly, this will speed the process and permit slight adjustments prior to tightening all fasteners.

Step 1: place the left/right hand mounting asemblies as pictured and secure with (4) 3/8-16x1 hex bolts, washers. Attach the footrest brackets to the moutning aseemblies as picture using (2) 5/16-18x1 csk phillips hd, washers,nylock nuts secure loosely.

Step 2: place the inner/outer frame assembly as pictured into position. Place (2) 5/16-18x1 bolts into holes closet to the backrest assemblies. Remove the (2) pre-installed bolts along with nuts; position and slide the bolts back into place and through the corresponding holes in the mounting assemblies and fasten.

Step 3: attach the armrests with (4) 5/16-18x1.75 pan head, washers nylock nuts and loosely secure to the outer frame.

Step 4: attach the footrest assembly using (3) 3/8-16x1.5" bolts, washers, nylock nuts as pictured. Attach bottom of armrests to footrest using (2) 5-16x18x2.5 hex screws, washers, nylock nuts. Secure the bottom of the "l" brackets to the footrest using (2) ¼-20x1.5" bolts, washers, nylock nuts.

Step 5: secure the (lh/rh) back rest brackets to the seat flip seat back as pictured with (4) ¼-20x1" pan head screws. Attach assembly to the lh/rh weldments as pictured along with the roof struts utlizing the original hardware.

Step 6: centralize the seat cushion on the inner flip frame and plastic board supplied ensuring the cushion is against the front lip closest to the pivot point and secure with hardware provided (4) ¼-20x1 ctrsunk ph.head screws, washers.

Step 6: tighten all hardware and test flip kit for fit and function.
